You've got to take your hat off to them.....

Hats off to them!!
A lot of people are afraid to wear a hat and I often hear people say: Where would I wear it? I say, wear it anywhere! Out to meet your friends for lunch, out shopping for the day, on that date....I love fedoras which are hitting the high street big time at the moment. I know that as soon as I put one on, I instantly feel like a woman of mystery and I also feel brilliant because my roots are covered!!!  See my pick of the hat styles at the moment, where to buy them and tips on how to wear them :-)

Fedora Hats

Sienna is the queen of fedora hats! A fedora will instantly give you a boho look. Try it with a maxi dress.

Kim looks uber sexy in her black one with skin tight pants and unique mohair top.(Who knew mohair could look this sexy!)

Where to Buy:
This AMAZE burgundy fedora below is in Penneys and is 100% wool. At only €8, I would recommend getting your skates on to nab one before they disappear. After stupidly wearing mine out to a club over Halloween, getting a little bit too tipsy and loosing it :-( I'm going to buy another one. And at this price , why wouldn't I? (okay so one place you can't wear one to is a club!)

Beanie Hats
What can I say, these can be a life saver on a bad hair day. I love the way Taylor wears hers with a few loose curls to the front and some matching red lips. Ellie Goulding is a big lover of beanies and she pulls them off superbly even with pink hair!

Where to Buy:
This real cute one below is only €12 on Asos with free worldwide delivery!

Bowler Hats
Bowler hats are equally on trend and have been for the last few years. Take style tips from Fearne Cotton and throw one on with a biker leather jacket and a floral dress, opaque tights and some cute ankle boots for an adorable look.

Where to Buy:
This cutsey purple one is from River Island and retailing at €24.99

Turbans
These are now my fave headpieces at the moment and I just think they are a real quirky accessory for anyone's wardrobe. The beautiful Eva Mendes is a big  fan of turbans and especially turban headbands.

Kylie is super cute here in her knitted turban. Looks oh so cosy

Where to Buy:
You can buy these amaze turbans below HERE on my online shop in soooo many colours at only €8.99. Add a brooch to give yours even more individuality. Wear with a kimono and an evening dress for a quirky look or dress it down with skinnies, an oversized cardie with hair loose and wavy.

Statement Jewellery and leather are a must this Autumn.....

I haven't  put up an outfit post in a while now so got shots of this outfit I wore out recently. Leather is going to feature heavily on the highstreet this Autumn/Winter.Throw a crop top on with a leather midi and you're good to go.

I believe  Jewellery can either make or break an outfit and I've gone all out with this outfit. Bracelet is vintage and bought from a market in Barcelona. Finch bird ring is just €2 in Penneys at the mo!
Statement rings are going to be massive this Autumn/Winter. Put a load on!The more the better I say :-)

This UNREAL knuckle duster below will be available to buy on my online shop soon @ €7. I'm taking pre orders at the moment!

I got this silver statement bib in Oasis and these statement pieces like this are great to liven up a simple black top or white fitted blouse.

These giraffe gems are from Topshop and I got them half price @7 .

You too can look amazing in this trend ...........

Dust off your crop tops, jelly shoes, bandanas, plaid shirts, floral dresses and platform trainers because the 90's have made a COMEBACK!
See how to wear this trend below without looking like you've just stepped out of the 90's!

Team your crop top with a high waisted skirt. The trick is not to show too much flesh, just a glimpse.

Or team your crop under a kimono with some high waisted disco pants. Add some trends from the noughties to update it such as spiked jewellery or cut out boots.

Wear your bandana as shown below. You can see in this look below, the 90's vintage dress and bandana is updated with chunky accessories and ankle boots.

Ri Ri and Demi look ridiculously cool in theirs.

The grunge floral dresses from the 90's have also wiggled their way back in this summer and will be even bigger for Autumn.

Whilst it's perfectly acceptable to wear this dress with some heels. You can completely change the style of the 90's floral dress by wearing it similar to below. Or you could leave it unbuttoned over a crop top and a pair of high rise denim shorts. Voila, you're updated and unique....
Here's celeb model Daisy Lowe rocking a grunge floral with some black boots...

As for the plaid shirts, Alexa shows us how it's done here!....

I'm off to buy my jelly sandals....

Outfit of the week....

Outfit of the week
I love this outfit so much that I wore it twice this week! I'm a bit of a minger alright. Once out to dinner with the girlies and another to my market stall at the weekend. Again I love teaming vintage with highstreet, The shirt is from the 80's and I love the vibrant colours. Blazer is vintage, from Berlin and its actually a mens blazer.

I got my necklace  in Topshop. I love all animal shaped jewellery. Don't know why but I do! TOP TIP: These sort of statement necklaces are also great when wore over a fully buttoned up shirt. (see images below)

Bright coloured blazers can bring life to a simple pair of jeans and casual top. If you want a new one. Zara have an amazing selection at the moment.See ways to wear them below

Bag and shoes are from River Island. .....

I just thought I'd show you another option for footwear with this outfit and these are my new coral converse which are soooooooo comfy. I'm in love....

NEW OUTFIT POST.....

So I always mix vintage with highstreet and most vintage items on my online shop are easily styled with highstreet pieces . The other day was a teeny bit chilly so I threw on my wooly gilet over this vintage shirt. Jeans are the highwaisted skinnies from Penneys retailing at €13

My floral shoes are from River Island. They retailed at €40 and they are fab teamed with little dresses and jeans alike. Its nice to make a statement with your shoes sometimes....

Necklace is from Accessorize and I think it has a real 70's feel . The shirt is a lovely custard cream colour from the 70's. I actually bought it in a charity shop for €4. TOP TIP: Sometimes the sleeves on vintage shirts can be a bit tooooooo baggy, so just to roll them up as shown below and above....

and rolled....

Fringed bag is from Penneys and it cost €8. They have them in tan colour too and they are such a bargain considering the detail.

Purple gilet is really light weight and  I bought at a fair in the RDS but I saw the exact same ones in A-Wear recently and cost just €15! Bargain or wha!
TOP TIP: wear your gilet over a floral dress to give it a boho feel.
